Richard W. Chalmers - President
With over 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Richard directs and manages the company’s affairs on a daily basis and leads the organization’s strategic objective. He received a Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1982. In 1990, Mr. Chalmers was a co-founder of CCA and served as Vice President and Treasurer until 2007 when he assumed the role of President. Richard has a strong background in administration, business development, and property management services and continually strives to provide quality services to CCA’s clients. |

Michael J. Privat - Executive Vice President
Mike is a 1994 graduate of LSU. He entered the Oil and Gas Industry in 1994 and progressively held management positions in Drilling, Workover and Production with an emphasis on Personnel Management and Health, Safety and Environmental programs. He joined Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc. in 2004 in the capacity of Consultant Coordinator / HSE Manager. Mike was promoted to Vice President of CCA in 2010 and Executive Vice President in 2012. |

David F. McCutcheon—Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations David joined CCA in 2003 to manage the company’s engineering team. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered petroleum engineer and has more than
45 years of engineering and operational experience. Prior to joining CCA, David was a Senior Drilling Engineer for Marathon Oil Company in Houston, Texas.

Carlton Cormier — Vice President of Project
Management
Carlton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Petroleum Engineering from the University of
Louisiana at Lafayette. He has over forty
years of experience in drilling, completion and
workover engineering and supervision throughout the
Gulf Coast, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma, both
onshore and offshore. Carlton began his career in
Lafayette, LA with Standard Oil of Ohio as a
drilling engineer. He was then employed with
Unocal as a drilling/production engineer in Houston
and Van, TX. Carlton has worked extensively in
the GOM shelf and inland waters as an engineer and
wellsite drilling/completion/workover supervisor for
various operators, working for Apache / Fieldwood as
a Senior Drilling Engineer/Superintendent overseeing
GOM operations. He was employed with Fluor
Federal Petroleum Operations and based in Hackberry,
LA as a senior cavern workover engineer for the four
storage facilities of the Strategic Petroleum
Reserves. Throughout his career, Carlton has
consulted as an engineer and field supervisor for
many independent/major operators during the many
cyclic phases of the oil industry. He joined
the Chalmers, Collins & Alwell team in September
2022 as VP of Project Management.

Jim Docherty - Project Managment Consultant
Jim Docherty received his B.S.
in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M
University, College Station, Texas in 1986.
He has been employed in the oil and gas industry
since 1986 as a drilling and completion
engineer, reservoir engineer, drilling manager,
general manager, VP of engineering and project
manager. Jim started his career with Kerr
McGee in 1986 where he worked as a drilling and
completion engineer, reservoir engineer and
production operations engineer in the Gulf of
Mexico and South Louisiana inland waters. From
2010 until 2018, Mr. Docherty served as Sr. VP
of Engineering at Chalmers, Collins and Alwell
Inc. In 2022, Jim again joined the CCA
team, where he continues to provide drilling,
completion, workover and production enhancement
expertise to independent oil and gas companies
in south Louisiana and inland waters. He
has also been active in professional
organizations. Jim has been a member of the
American Association of Drilling Engineers since
1997 and the Society of Petroleum Engineers
since 1984. Jim is a Registered
Professional Engineer in Texas (#109829).

Cody Chalmers - Wellsite Consultant
Cody is a 2018 graduate from Texas A&M university
with a bachelor of science in Mechanical
Engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Mathematics from Centenary College of Louisiana.
He started career as a production operator for Cox
Operating, before transferring to their through
tubing, workover, and P&A division. Cody joined the
CCA team in 2022 and is currently working as a deep
water rig consultant. |

Leonard Villarreal—Business Development
Leonard joined the Business Development Team at Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc. in July 2013. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Spanish from University of North Texas, and then earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M. In 1977, Leonard began his career in Education, working as a teacher and coach before moving into administration as a high school principal. He retired from the Texas public school system in 2011. Prior to joining CCA, Leonard held a marketing position for a strength and conditioning equipment company. |

Mary H. Pollard—HSE/SEMS Program Manager
Before moving into the HSE compliance field, Mary held various
management level positions in the healthcare industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1978. Mary has a rich background in leadership, management, technology, compliance, and training. She joined CCA in October 2011 and is committed to maintaining SEMS compliance while creating a culture of health and safety as a team effort. |
