Richard W. Chalmers - President
Richard has over 28 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He directs and manages the company's affairs on a daily basis continuously striving to provide quality services to CC&A's clients in the oil and gas industry. Richard received a Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1982. He was a founder of CC&A in 1990 and served as a Vice-President and Treasurer until 2007 when he assumed the role of President. Richard has a strong background in administration, business development and property management services.
David L. Alwell - Executive Vice President He has 35 years of combined experience in drilling and production as a petroleum engineer with Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc., Kerr McGee Corporation and Tenneco Oil Company. He is a registered petroleum engineer and graduated from Louisiana State University, with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. David has an extensive working knowledge of offshore drilling, workover and completion operations, including deepwater. |

David F. McCutcheon - Senior V.P. Engineering \ Operations
David McCutcheon serves as V.P. - Engineering \ Operations. He graduated Louisiana State University in 1977 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered petroleum engineer and has 33 years of engineering and operational experience. Prior to joining CCA he was a Senior Drilling Engineer for Marathon Oil Company in Houston, Texas. |

James (Jim) Docherty - Senior V.P. Project Management
Jim has joined Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc to handle the Project Management Team. He will help mentor and schedule the assignments of the group. Jim is a 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University in Petroleum Engineering. Jim started his career with KerrMcGee Corp. He moved to American Explorer, Inc prior to becoming the Drilling Manager of PetroQuest Energy, Inc. |

Patrick J. Angers - Drilling Superintendent
Pat Angers serves as a drilling superintendent in the Project Management Team in the CCA Lafayette Office. Pat has over 40 years experience in the oilfield. He began his career with Placid Oil Company before moving to Cities Service Company, Pel-Tex Oil Company and Virginia Indonesia Company. Mr. Angers also spent many years as an independent consultant both domestic and internationally. |

Bobby Prince - Business Development Manager
Bobby is responsible for business growth and sales related to project management, operational consulting and in-house engineering.
Prior to joining CC&A, Inc. Bobby has held positions with Cal Dive and Superior Energy involving marketing and sales. He has also held positions of increasing responsibilities outside the oil industry including sales, marketing and distribution. Bobby began his oilfield career as a mud engineer. He is a 1977 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Accounting. |

Terry McFarland - Business Development Manager
Terry has joined Chalmers, Collins and Alwell, Inc.’s Business Development Team. Primarily his focus will be in Houston, TX., Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has held positions related to Sales and Business Development in the Oil Industry since 1978 involving rental tools, solids control and oilfield consulting. He holds a B. S. Degree in Business Administration from McNeese State University (1977). |

Mary Pollard - HSE / SEMS Program Manager
Mary Pollard has joined Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc. in the capacity of HSE / SEMS Program Manager. Mary holds a B.S. in Health Information Management from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, has held Director Positions in the medical industry prior to moving into the HSE compliance field. Mary possesses a rich background in leadership, management, technology, compliance and training.
She is committed to maintaining SEMS compliance while creating a culture of health and safety as a team effort. |

Andrew “Andy” Cart – Senior Project Engineer
Andy has joined Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer in the Project Management Team. A 1976 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Mechanical Engineering, Andy will utilize his 35 years of experience on land and offshore projects. He began his career with BP/Amoco after his graduation and held various jobs from Reservoir Engineer, Production Engineer and Drilling Completions Engineer. Upon his retirement from BP/Amoco, Andy held various engineering consulting positions prior to his employment with Chalmers, Collins & Alwell, Inc. |
